Em 2008, coincidemente, Kovalainen foi para a Mclaren, para novamente substituir Alonso que voltou para a Renault. Kimi era uma criança quieta, calada, mas com muita energia. Não gostava de estudar. No inverno levava duas mochilas para a escola, porque na volta ele fazia um trenó. Desde cedo gostava de esportes. Uma paixão de Kimi era, e ainda é, o Hockey no gelo, ele jogou no time de Espoo, mas os treinos eram mu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;ito cedo, 7 da manhã, e Kimi, que não é de acordar muito cedo, fazia esforços para treinar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;  &lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Seu primeiro contato com velocidade foi com motocross, logo aos 3 anos de idade. Além disso, a mãe de Kimi, Paula, fala que ele e seu irmão Rami passavam o dia correndo de bicicleta no quintal de casa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;  &lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Kimi começou no Kart aos 8 anos de idade. A familia não tinha muito dinheiro, seu pai Matti, era construtor de estradas. A casa onde viviam não tinha banheiro dentro. Então seu pai economizou para construir um banheiro, mas depois resolveu usar o dinheiro para comprar um kart para o filho.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;A  trajetória de Kimi: Do kart para a Fórmula 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span id="ctl00_MainContentPlaceholder_ctl01_ctl00_lblEntry"&gt;Kimi começou no kart com 8 anos de idade, sua primeira pista foi o circuito de Bembole em Espoo, sua cidade natal. Sua primeira competição foi a Mini Raket Karting, onde chegou em segundo lugar na classificação geral, o vencedor foi Toni Vilander. Depois Kimi foi para a Fórmula A100 C, onde venceu sua corrida de estréia. Toni Vilander era um dos principais adversários de Kimi nessa época. Mas com o tempo aprenderam a se respeitar e se tornaram amigos. Tanto que até serviram o exército juntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span id="ctl00_MainContentPlaceholder_ctl01_ctl00_lblEntry"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Em 1999, Kimi foi campeão finlandês de kart.&lt;br /&gt;Aos 19 anos mudou-se para a Inglaterra, onde correu pela F-Renault inglesa e venceu 4 provas da série de inverno, correndo pela equipe Manor Motorsport.&lt;br /&gt;Em 2000, ainda na F-Renault, ganhou 7 das 10 provas e se sagrou campeão. Ainda em 2000, participou de 3 provas do campeonato Europeu de F-Renault das quais venceu 2, conseguindo 2 pole positions e duas voltas mais rápidas.&lt;br /&gt;Estes bons resultados chamaram a atenção de Peter Sauber, então chefe da equipe da Sauber Petronas de Fórmula 1, que o chamou para fazer testes em Mugello.&lt;br /&gt;Os bons resultados nos testes lhe garantiram um lugar como piloto titular da equipe. Porém, com 21 anos e apenas 23 corridas profissionais no curriculo, era um piloto inexsperiente para a categoria, o que rendeu muitos protestos contra a entrada do finlandês na F1.&lt;br /&gt;No entanto, a FIA lhe consedeu uma superlicença provisória que, conforme os resultados obtidos nas primeiras corridas, lhe manteriam ou não na categoria.&lt;br /&gt;No GP da Austrália em 2001, fez sua estréia na F1. Largando em 13º, surpreendeu à todos ao chegar em 6º lugar na corrida e marcar seu primeiro ponto (na época apenas os 6 primeiros pontuavam). &lt;span id="ctl00_MainContentPlaceholder_ctl01_ctl00_lblEntry"&gt;&lt;span id="ctl00_MainContentPlaceholder_ctl01_ctl00_lblEntry"&gt;Acabou o campeonato em 9º lugar com 8 pontos conquistados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Na temporada seguinte, em vista aos belos resultados de sua temporada de estréia, foi contratado por Ron Dennis para substituir o recém-aposentado e compatriota Mika Hakkinen. Em sua corrida de estréia na equipe na Mclaren, na Austrália, conquistou seu primeiro pódio da categoria ao chegar em terceiro lugar. Em seu primeiro ano de Mclaren, ficou na sexta colocação no campeonato com 24 pontos conquistados.&lt;br /&gt;Em 2003, veio a primeira vitória, na Malásia. Por muito pouco não foi campeão mundial já naquele ano, foi vice-campeão, apenas a dois pontos do campeão Michael Schumacher.&lt;br /&gt;Em 2004, apenas uma vitória: em Spa na Bélgica e o sétimo lugar no campeonato com 45 pontos.&lt;br /&gt;Em 2005, foi vice-campeão, mas sofreu com vários problemas que poderiam fazer com que dificultasse ainda mais o título de Fernando Alonso. Foram 7 vitórias e 5 poles.&lt;br /&gt;Em 2006, seu último ano pela escuderia de Woking, foi apenas o 5º colocado na classificação com 65 pontos.&lt;br /&gt;2007 foi o ano da mudança para a Ferrari, com a missão de substituir nada mais que o heptacampeão Michael Schumacher, que havia encerrado sua carreira.&lt;br /&gt;Na primeira corrida pela escuderia de Maranello, venceu o GP da Austrália. Sofreu com altos e baixos até a metade da temporada, quando começou a arrancada para o tão sonhado título: Foram 5 vitórias e o título veio no GP do Brasil após tirar 17 pontos em 2 corridas do até então favoritíssimo Lewis Hamilton.&lt;br /&gt;2008 não vem sendo um bom ano para o campeão: apenas 2 vitórias (Malásia e Espanha) em 16 provas já disputadas.&lt;br /&gt;Agora é esperar 2009...&lt;br Sven Smokey Asberg sonhou em construir um autódromo na Suécia, e adquiriu um pedaço de terra, a 130km de Gotemburgo e a 400km de Estocolmo.&lt;br /&gt;Ronnie Peterson não havia vencido nenhuma prova, na medida em que o Campeonato Mundial de Fórmula 1 chegara pela primeira vez em Anderstorp, em 1973. A prova foi batizada com o nome de "Scandinavian Raceway". O sueco, então piloto da Lotus, correndo em casa, liderava a corrida de estréia do circuito na F1 até sofrer um problema que tirou sua 1º vitória na Fórmula 1, Denny Hulme venceu a prova com Peterson chegando ainda em 2º. Peterson veio a obter sua primeira vitória na categoria, na corrida seguinte na França.&lt;br /&gt;No ano seguinte, Jody Scheckter e Patrick Depailler fizeram a dobradinha da Tyrrell. Em 1975, Niki Lauda obteve a primeira de suas duas vitórias no circuito escandinávio. Em 1976, novamente Jody Scheckter venceu em Anderstorp, repetindo a dobradinha de 74 com Patrick Depailler, a primeira vitória de um carro de seis rodas da história da Fórmula 1.&lt;br /&gt;Em 1977, Jacques Lafitte e Ligier obtiveram sua primeira vitória na F1. Em 1978, mais uma vitória de Niki Lauda pela Brabham BT46B, com seu "ventilador"traseiro, que posteriormente foi proibido.&lt;br /&gt;No mesmo ano de 78, morreram Ronnie Peterson e Gunnar Nilsson. Ronnie morreu após um grave acidente no GP da Itália, em Monza e Gunnar de câncer. O Grande Prêmio da Suécia não poderia sobreviver sem eles. Deram um show fantástico nas velozes curvas de Dijon.&lt;br /&gt;O vencedor da prova foi Jean-Pierre Jabouille, a primeira dele e da Renault na F-1. Mas diante do show de Villeneuve e Arnoux, o primeiro lugar acabou sendo "irrelevante".&lt;br /&gt;A vitória de Jabouille foi histórica, já que foi a primeira vitória de um carro usando motor turbo na Fórmula 1, e uma vitória 100% francesa: carro, motor, pneu e combustível "gauleses".&lt;br /&gt;Duas semanas depois em Silverstone, Villeneuve e Arnoux foram chamados pela alta cúpula da GPDA (Grand Prix Drivers Association ou em português Associação de Pilotos de Grandes Prêmios), que era formada na época por Niki Lauda, Emerson Fittipaldi, Clay Regazzoni e Jody Scheckter, para dar explicações sobre a disputa em Dijon.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Niki Lauda esbravejou, dizendo:&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 102, 255);"&gt;" Vocês pilotaram de maneira muito perigosa em Dijon e danificaram a imagem do esporte".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O temperamental René Arnoux soltou o verbo: &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;"Com você isto jamais teria acontecido...pois você levantaria o pé logo de cara."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;O carismático e inesquecível Gilles Villeneuve, um mito, ídolo"tifosi" e da Fórmula 1, virou as costas para todos na sala, e simplesmente saiu, rindo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Frases dos protagonistas do histórico duelo:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="style5"&gt;&lt;span class="style4"&gt; "Nunca vou esquecer do meu duelo com Gilles. Disputou pela primeira vez uma corrida de Fórmula 1, no GP de Mônaco no mesmo ano de sua fundação. Seus pilotos nesta prova seriam Cliff Allison e Graham Hill (que depois viria a ser bicampeão do mundo em 1962/1968.&lt;br /&gt;Colin Chapman, além de fundador foi projetista da equipe. Seus conceitos de projetos revolucionaram a F-1 pelo menos em duas vezes, sendo que um delas (a principal), foi com o desenvolvimento do carro-asa, que trouxe a conquista de seu último título de pilotos com Mario Andretti em 1978 e de construtores na mesma temporada. 54 anos (09/10/1952) - Piloto italiano, disputou 9 GP's na temporada de 1981 pela Arrows. Fez sua estréia no GP Brasil 1981 e encerrou na mesma temporada com o GP da Holanda. Ficou marcado por um acidente trágico. No GP da Bélgica em Zolder, o carro de seu companheiro de equipe Riccardo Patrese que largava na 4º posição,morreu na largada. Foi atendido prontamente pelo mecânico David Luchett, que pulou o muro dos boxes para socorrê-lo. Siegfried Stohr estava saindo da 13º posição, prensou o mecânico contra a Arrows de Patrese. Por sorte, devido ás proporções do acidente, Luchett sofreu fraturas nas duas pernas e algumas escoriações. Stohr era psicólogo, entrou em pânico diante da situação, pois pensava que havia acontecido algo pior. Neste dia foi realizado o Grande Prêmio de Mônaco, 6º etapa do Mundial.&lt;br /&gt;Foi uma corrida atípica devido á chuva fortíssima que caiu no Principado, tanto que a largada foi retardada em 45 minutos esperando a melhoria do tempo e da pista. Na largada, Prost mantêm a liderança e se segura na pista, na primeira curva, a Saint-Devote, numa batida, o francês da Renault, Patrick Tambay, quebra a perna e abandona a prova. Começa a surgir Ayrton Senna da Silva para o mundo: Após ter largado em 13º, ao final da primeira volta já estava em 9º lugar, outro que se destaca é Stefan Bellof da Tyrrell, que largou em último, e estava logo atrás de Ayrton. Niki Lauda também se destacava. Nigel Mansell, que liderava, escapa e bate em um guard-rail.&lt;br /&gt;Ayrton continuava com seu show, e na 19º volta ultrapassava Lauda na freada da Saint-Devote, e foi a caça de Alain Prost. Volta a volta a diferença diminuia drasticamente. A Mclaren começaava a pressionar o diretor da prova, o belga Jacky Ickx a interromper a prova. A Mclaren de Prost já apresentava problemas de freio e gesticulava a cada passagem pedindo a interrupção da prova aos comissários de pista. Senna, no limite do carro, tirava quase 2 segundos por volta, e quando fatalmente Senna ultrapassaria Prost, Jacky Ickx deu a prova por terminada.&lt;br /&gt;A confusão começa quando Prost parou na reta antes da bandeirada. Senna cruzou a bandeirada e até chegou a comemorar a vitória na volta de desaceleração, mas na chegada aos boxes, foi avisado que a prova havia sido interrompida e que o resultado que foi validado era o da volta anterior, 31. Senna irritado, partiu pra cima dos comissários e foi contido pela equipe.&lt;br /&gt;Na verdade, foi oportuna a interrupção da prova para Ayrton, já que a suspensão dianteira de sua Toleman estava avariada, devido a uma pancada forte que Senna havia dado na chicane após a saída do túnel, quando estava a caça de Keke Rosberg, visto que se a prova continuasse, Ayrton provavelmente abandonaria a prova. Informação essa, verídica, que foi confirmada pela Toleman, e também que Stefan Bellof, que vinha em terceiro estava imprimindo um ritmo sensacional a ponto de que se a prova fosse até o fim ele venceria a corrida.&lt;br /&gt;Para Prost,  essa vitória teve um sabor "amargo", já que a prova foi interrompida antes do previsto, a pontuação dada aos pilotos foi a metade. Como a vitória na época valia 9 pontos, Prost recebeu 4,5 pontos e Senna 3. Österreichring</title><content type='html'>Österreichring sediou o Grande Prêmio da Áustria de F-1, por 18 anos consecutivos, de 1970 á 1987. Para muitos, Österreichring é a pista mais bonita do mundo. Encravada no sopé das montanhas Styrian, não era apenas a encantadora vizinhança que fazia sua fama. A pista antiga era espetacularmente veloz, com uma das mais aterrorizantes curvas de todos os tempos, a Hella Licht. Essa curva para a direita e em ladeira tinha o vértice fora de seu campo de visão, já que tudo o que se via ao contorná-la era o céu. Para os melhores pilotos era um lugar onde se ousava andar de pé embaixo – se houvesse coragem para isso. Tragicamente o americano Mark Donohue morreu após bater nesta curva em 1975.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;O maior vencedor de Österreichring foi Alain Prost com 3 triunfos (1983/1985/1986).&lt;br /&gt;Depois que foi reduzido, reconstruído e renomeado &lt;b&gt;A1-Ring&lt;/b&gt;, sediou novamente o Grande Prêmio da Áustria de 1997 á 2003.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_Q9bQlMzcsbI/SOt6GSMTMFI/AAAAAAAAAFs/IVdStDb5AGQ/s1600-h/mutilaodocircuitodeostefs4.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0px auto 10px;
